A former BBC New Generation Artist, James Newby comes to Hexham with a reputation as one of the most outstanding young musicians of his generation.
Accompanying him tonight is Joseph Middleton, an internationally acclaimed accompanist and chamber musician who works with some of the biggest names in song and lieder today, including Dame Sarah Connolly and Sir Thomas Allen.
