**4 October**
Tuesday 4 October
If you were in the audience for the Mithras Trio concert here in March 2022, you will remember the brilliance of Dominic’s playing at the heart of the ensemble. He is a passionate chamber musician and prize-winning accompanist, jazz player and solo artist, who has given concerts all over the UK, including at London’s Wigmore Hall and Southbank Centre, the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester, and the Edinburgh festival.
Returning this time as a solo artist, Dominic plays music written by Beethoven and Brahms at the start of their careers. Completing the programme are two short works by Schubert and Amy Beach. There’s another chance to hear the Mithras Trio in Hexham on 1 April next year.
